VINCENTIAN TUNES is a compilation of songs that impacted our life as Christian-Vincentian family. It is through these songs that we deepen our faith to God and crystallize our vision as Disciples of Christ by imitating the examples of our holy founders St. Vincent de Paul and St. Louise de Marillac – “to see God in our masters the poor” which is the essence of our mission to the church and to the world.
As we, the Daughters of Charity celebrate our 50th year anniversary as a Province, I am happy to say that this simple compilation of songs is our humble gift, as our way of saying thank you to everyone who, in one way or the other shares the Vincentian spirituality and charism and remains faithful and committed to spread the kingdom of God by alleviating the poverty situations of our brothers and sisters in the society.
In the advent of the New Evangelization may these songs inspire you and renew your love and commitment of your service to God with awe and gratitude.
