  1. New Students (Grade 7-10)
    1. Grade 1 applicants must be twelve years old by August 31
    2. Photocopy of NSO, and baptismal certificates
    3. Two copies of 1x1 colored ID pictures
    4. Report card (Form 138)
    5. Letter of Recommendation from the principal or guidance couselor (original copy)
  2. Old Students (Grade 7-10)
    1. Report card (Form 138)
    2. Satisfactory grade in ACADEMICS and CONDUCT otherwise, the student is placed under academic or disciplinary probation
    3. No academic deficiency
  3. Testing Fee: Php300.00
