Atty. Leila de Lima graced the DC-SLMES-CV students and Lay Mission Partners through an insightful and eventful forum last February 5, 2025. Atty. de Lima shared powerful lessons on hope, resilience, and truth as important drivers for social change.
"Hope was the only commodity I clung to," she shared with the audience.
The students were also graced by Atty. Carlo Fortuna, where he provided a discussion on the Judiciary branch of the government in the beginning of the forum. Reverend Father Echika gave words of reminder that to suffer for truth is not to loseāit is to be unwavering, even during the most vulnerable times.
